Is sleep deprivation dangerous?
Yes it is, not only do you suffer the points made in the answers already received, but tests show people who don’t sleep enough gain weight, so not only will you feel grumpy, crash, hallucinate, weaken your immune system, you will also gain weight. If you are struggling to sleep, try to grab a cat nap for 20 minutes or so every couple of hours, if nothing else it will keep you going for a few hours.
