Is sugar-free chewing gum good or bad for childrens teeth?
If it is sweetened with Aspartame then it’s not good. They say not to give children Aspartame containing foods/drinks. Most of the time if it’s sugar-free, it’s sweetened with Aspartame. While it may not be bad for the teeth, I still don’t reccommend anything with Aspartame for children.
