Is the Barefoot Earthing™ Bed Pad a treatment device that protects me from electromagnetic pollution specifically?
The Barefoot Earthing™ Bed Pad was not designed to be a medical treatment device. It connects the body to the earth so that excess electrical charge will be grounded and to reduce “noise” in the body that can interfere with the body’s own signalling. The electrical charge that builds up in the body can be due to other causes as well as electromagnetic pollution such as synthetic clothing, synthetic carpets that create charge when we walk on them etc. We don’t ground this charge out as we used to because we are largely insulated from the earth by synthetic soles of shoes and/or rubber underlay of carpets etc. The Barefoot Earthing™ Bed Pad simply removes the charge that builds up every day that can create biological disturbances.
