Is The Bodywork Aluminum or Fiberglass?
Although the Westfield XI was produced in small numbers during the early 1980s, this re-introduction of the XI has shown many updates to both the chassis, and the bodywork. Utilizing advancements in technology, the moulds for the fiberglass body panels have been reproduced to a much higher standard than the originals. The XI bodywork is produced in-house at Westfield’s own body fabrication facility to ensure a very high level of quality. Each body piece is pre-finished in a dark “British Racing Green” gel-coat that can be polished, or subsequently painted during your build.
