Is the condo air-conditioned ?
Yes. There is a window unit in each bedroom. We very seldom use the air conditioning as the lanai doors will lock in a partially open (i.e.- about 6 inches) position. This allows the normal 15 MPH trade winds coming in from the ocean to flow through the condo. Both of the bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Once in a while during the summer, air conditioning is nice to have especially if the normal trade winds stop.
