No. The CrossLoop shell program and the underlying VIP Tunnel are proprietary software programs of CrossLoop, Inc. The CrossLoop download and installation includes a binary copy of the TightVNC GPL software. You must accept both the TightVNC GPL license and the CrossLoop license in order to install CrossLoop.
