No, the dinner is open to both military and civilian runners. Pick up pre-purchased tickets with Photo ID at the DC Armory on Friday, October 2 from 11:00am-8:00pm and Saturday, October 3 from 9:00am-3:00pm. From 4:30pm-7:00pm on Saturday the tickets will be available at the Crystal Gateway Marriott.
