No Q. I have a question related to DN571 for Physician invoices specifically. I noted from the training in Oakland that the requirement for Physician would be that the NDC and quantity be provided. Number of days wasn’t mentioned. Please Clarify. A: If the scenario is: A drug dispensed by a physician during an office visit (professional bill, DN502 not reported) then DN554 is reported. On the other hand if the scenario is: a pharmaceutical bill (DN_502 = RX or MO) then DN571 is reported.
