Is the Med/Psych program at Duke “malignant”?
Duke Med/Psych residents train in a rigorous internal medicine program, which is one of the best in the country. The important thing to understand is that the residents works in a friendly, supportive environment, which is anything but malignant. There are established expectations for resident performance and aptitude, as with any medicine program, but they enjoy a high level of support from senior residents and faculty who are dedicated to teaching.
