Old Guard Riders Inc. is structured and operated after one of the oldest and most successful charities of its kind – Shriners International. Shriners is a 501C3 charity which operates 22 children’s hospitals internationally with an annual budget of over seven billion dollars. Shriners International, as a corporate 501C3, is funded and supported by its sister corporation, Shriners Fraternal, a 501C10, with over 340,000 members and over 194 chartered chapters (Temples) internationally.
