Is the Presentation Prep Room intended to be a place where one can practice a program, lecture, etc., which uses technology?
• Good question, I am not sure at this point what will be involved with either of the rooms. We will be meeting soon and will get clarification. return to top There is concern about noise, so sound containment will be important. • Noise will always be a problem. Even the Group Study rooms are not sound proof. This is important and we are looking into ways in which determine how much noise is generated in WAM Labs. We hope to eventually get some appropriate furniture to create spaces that would deaden some of the noise. We will have to look at the situation as these issues arise and make adjustments. Remember this is a work in progress and new for all of us. While we can try to anticipate as much as possible, there will always be something that will need adjusting or rethinking.
