Is the privileged administrative arrangement (PAA) with Canada Communication Group (CCG Inc.) still in effect?
The 5-year PAA with CCG Inc., under which departments could procure printing and related services from CCG Inc., up to trade agreements limits, without calling bids, has expired March 7, 2002. The related amendment to the Government Contracts Delegations, which was put in place for this purpose, for a period of five years, has also expired. Existing arrangements signed with CCG Inc. on or before March 7, 2002 will continue to be valid.
