Is the property licensed with Sheffield Council?
In compliance with Government legislation (Housing Act 2004) which came in to force in July 2006, all properties which are let to 5 occupants and over and which provide 3 habitable storeys are are subject to mandatory licencing. Where any property meets this criteria, PC Properties have applied for a licence and which are currently being processed by Sheffield City Council. A copy can be made available upon request once it has been issued by Sheffield City Council.
