Web Server 6.x will not honor keep-alive on HTTP/1.0 POST requests. In other words, a connection will always be closed following an HTTP/1.0 POST response. This behaviour is currently not configurable. Web Server 6.x will honor keep-alive on HTTP/1.1 POST requests. The upcoming Web Server 7 release will honour keep-alive regardless of the HTTP method and protocol version.
