A. Yes. All antlered deer taken during the archery, buck and muzzleloader seasons on McClintic, Bluestone, Burnsville, Beech Fork WMAs and Coopers Rock State Forest must have a minimum outside antler spread of 14 inches. The bag limit for antlered deer is one for all seasons combined.
