See Section 02652. Steel pipe may be spirally welded or made from rolled sheet or plate in accordance with AWWA C-200. The joints within the tunnel will be butt welded. 2008-05-13 Section 01001, Part 1.02, Paragraph B and Section 01001, Part 1.02, Paragraph T seem to disagree. Which costs should be allowed for bids: overtime differential costs or actual base rate plus overtime costs?
