I have been ask several times for an owners manual for the BOOT CAMP FITNESS program. I currently do not offer a manual. For those individuals who wish to have a companion manual for the experience I recommend NATURAL HORMONAL ENHANCEMENT by Rob Faign. Ball State University recently adopted the NHE book and program as part of their curriculum. This is a must read for anyone interested in maximizing their physical potential.
