No – the administrative cost and burden of setting up/running a company sponsored ISA scheme would be disproportionate compared with the relatively small number of employees or shareholders who might take advantage of such a scheme. If you wish to put your shares into an ISA there are a number of institutions, including high street banks such as Lloyds TSB, who currently offer suitable ISA schemes for BPB shares.
