Is there a cook book for slow cookers/crock pots that features low fat low cal recipes?
I’ve been watching my weight and been doing the whole diet food thing but I have a family and cooking 2 meals is getting old. I use the slow e cooker a lot and have altered a few recipes to be low fat/low cal. But I’m running out of ideas. Is there a cook book for slow cookers/crock pots that is low cal/low fat?
