A23: Yes. Finalization time is based on how much data is recorded to the disc. A smaller file occupies less space on the disc so finalization may take longer. The more recording sessions on the disc means more data. Therefore, finalization time decreases until the minimum of 3 minutes is reached. Refer to FAQ #21 above for more information.
