Is there a fee to join The Mom & Pop Club?
Annual dues for The Mom & Pop Club is currently $30 per year per family. That is only $2.50/month for the whole family. The club welcomes any parent of small children that wishes to join. The club is well organized and all events are reliably well attended. We have an active membership of involved, sociable parents who keep the group dynamic and very very fun! This group does not turn a profit. It is a community service. Some local parent organizations are funded by grant money and some are membership-dues supported. The Mom & Pop Club of the Traverse Bay Area is not supported by grants, it is member-supported. The membership fee is used primarily to cover administrative costs of running the chapter, such as: advertising, website fees, copies and postage for mailers, facility rental for events, etc. Membership dues are also used to absorb the cost of some of our fun members-only events such as monthly educational speakers, children’s holiday parties, and the annual “Great Babysitter Sw
