Is there a good place to get olympic related activities (arts. crafts etc) for young children?

You could probably look on the internet. Look under different sports for art/craft ideas around them. I don’t know how old the children are but they could have a mini olympics in the childcare centre. They can do things like cycling – riding trikes, athletics – running, walking, jumping etc, rythmic gymnastics – using streamers, and stuff, gymnastics – do things like hand stands, rolls, etc. Another good thing would be to have paper clippings of different athletes on the walls. You could also have an opening ceromony.

The center I work at is doing the olympic theme for summer. Each week we talk about a country/make their flag/find it on a map/and then eat a food from that country.
