Is there a mathematical formula to win the lottery?

I recently developed a theory that since (for supersticious reasons) the general population of people betting on numbers for the lottery, do not bet on 100% of the numbers, they may exclude numbers like 1,2,3,4,5,6 or 22,23,24,25,26,27 or any combination that may seem non random. If you were to have your numbers picked by a random number generator all combinations would be included as they are for when the numbers are actually drawn. Therefore, your chances of sharing a jackpot with another player (and only receiving a portion of it) woudl be slightly reduced should you actualy win. Thats the only measurable effect i have ever foreseen resulting from a playing strategy in this game. In the long tewrm the extra money that you woudl hypothetically win woudl come from the prize rolovers and effectivly be taken form the rest fo the playing population, it does not effect the hosue edge or the odds fo winning in any way, only decreases the chance of sharing a jackpot EVER so slightly.
