If she was held in contempt she is most likely cooling her heels in a cell, or has been stuck with some other punishment. I would imagine you are attempting to bring a civil suit against her, as criminal trials are not brought by individuals, but by the State.

As for getting a public "prosecutor", prosecutors are generally, if not always employed by a governing body. If you are looking for a lawyer to sue her the best you can do with little to no money is to find a lawyer that will only accept payment if you win your case.
