Is there a solid basis for the BWELL programmes?
BWELL programmes are based on decades of serious research across a number of scientific disciplines such as (but not limited to) neuroscience, cognitive psychology, paleoanthropology, clinical psychology, social psychology, paleobiology, archaeology, sociology, biology, physics, environmental and evolutionary psychology and anthropology. Helpful tools and techniques that have empirical support together with scientific knowledge have been combined into a unique package that will allow our customers to identify possible areas of improvement and to make these improvements quickly and confidently. We aim to keep our programmes and processes transparent and free from meaningless jargon and we are always very happy to explain why we do what we do.
