There is no specific way for to figure out the distance and how fast you are running, you have specific land marks that are laid out and you know the distance between them and you can calculate how long it took you to get form one to the other. However if you obviously don’t know this and you dont feel lie taking your car out on your runs, you can map your run out on you computer and see how long it is.
