Is there a way to filter junk mail?
(Filtering is the capability to sort mail into other folders before it goes into the main mailbox. In this case, the junk mail would be placed into the ‘trash’ folder.) Currently, the answer is yes IF your particular e-mail client (e.g. Eudora or Netscape) supports this feature. ITS is investigating other methods to filter e-mail which may be deployed at a later time.
