Every year, the CF foundation works with the US Senate and the National CF awareness committee, http://www.cfawareness.org, to introduce new legislation to declare may as CF Awareness Month which coincides with the CF Foundations GREAT STRIDES national walk-a-thon to raise funds for CF research.
