Is there any scheduling commitment for Sequoias services?
Yes. At the initial meeting, we ask that you sign a standard billing contract before we begin providing assistance. This contract gives us your consent to provide services to you as you determined in the plan of care. It is an open-ended contract, so you are not obligated to maintain services for any period of time. All we ask is that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you’d like to adjust your schedule.
