The Sustainable Resource Conservation Program (SRCP) has made assistance available on 66% of eligible expenses related to fencing and alternate water supply. In order to be eligible for this program, farmers must have completed an Environmental Farm Plan (EFP) for all owned properties. Deadline for completed applications is October 31, 2003.
