A2: There are specially designed monitors and vcrs which DO have the ability to record in one mode / speed and playback or watch in another format. Such a product is our #VM-56. Also, all of our wireless transmitters have the ability to transmit and receive BOTH PAL/ CCIR AND EIA/NTSC. However, the camera and monitor used must both be the same format (again, unless they feature a multi-format ability) because receiver will only accept and relay whatever signal being transmitted.
