Parking is conveniently available in several areas around the Hamilton Convention Centre, in both above and underground lots, such as the underground lot off Summers Lane or the above ground lot on the corner of Bay St and King St. All parking areas have either meter parking or parking attendants, so please don’t forget your change! If you are not driving, it is easy to get to the Hamilton Convention Centre by public transit and taxis. (Directions) Q: WHEN IS MOVE IN & MOVE OUT? A: Exhibitor Move: In takes place on Friday January 4th from 9am-8pm. We work on a first come first serve basis. Please wear closed toed shoes for move in. No persons under the age of 16 are permitted on the floor during move in. Move-In is available on Saturday morning from 9: 00am-10:30am, however the aisle carpeting will be laid down at this point, therefore no dollies or carts are allowed.
