Is there technical support if something goes wrong?
Our goal with BeBiz is to make sure you have absolutely everything you need to start a new business in the fastest possible time, which includes a comprehensive technical support system. There are video tutorials to take you through each step in the process, but if you’re still having problems you can simply click the Help Center link at the top right of each page, which will take you through to IMC’s Support Center. From here you can click Knowledgebase, then choose BeBiz to access answers to the most frequently asked questions. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for, return to the Support Center and click Submit a Ticket. You’ll be able to ask your question and receive a reply from our technical support officers within one business day. There is also a Live Support chat function on the Support Center homepage. Here you can access realtime support from 8am – 3.30pm (PST), Monday to Friday. Finally, if you’d like to speak with someone directly, you can call 1-877-314-7511 from
