Is there wiki software that does concurrent page editing like Google Docs?

Google Docs allow two people to edit a document at the same time. Is there wiki software that does the same thing? I haven’t seen any. Section editing (ala MediaWiki) is an imperfect but acceptable alternative. Other than Mediawiki I haven’t seen any other ones that do section editing. Thanks in advance.
