Is this a good Upper Body Dumbbell Workout plan?
Sounds solid enough if you workout with a lot of intensity, if you take it easier your muscle groups should only need a day of rest like do them all on day 1,3,5, and 7 and rest on days 2,4, and 6. As for dietary advice you’re gonna need roughly 1/3rd your body weight in protein every day so if you weigh 150lbs that’s 50 grams. Not as hard as it sounds I promise :P. Oh and one little obscure tidbit I picked up a while ago eat right before you work out something carby like say a banana…then do your workout and immediately eat something with carbs and protein like a pb and j sandwhich.Apparently there’s a 30 minute window after intense workouts and if you don’t get some food your metabolism decides to turn off.
