Is twinking an exploit?
No, we don’t consider twinking an exploit. However, we do believe twinking can unbalance the game in certain ways. Game mechanics, such as players requiring certain skills to use an item, help prevent twinking but it is possible that some people will be able to equip items that are a number of levels above their character’s level. If twinking becomes a problem, and results in heavy imbalances, we will look into the situation.
