No, WF isn’t done for PA30 transactions. Q: Workflow – Currently in the SAP system for DOT there is a message prompt as soon as you log into SAP if an invoice has been rejected, but for Travel Management there is not a prompt until the items has been untouched in an inbox for more than 3 days… Is there a setting in Workflow that can adjust the prompt messages? A: Currently, we don’t have a prompt in PA workflow. Q: Will the system allow the following: one HR Master Data Maintainer initiates workflow and is out of work for an extended period of time afterwards. Will another MDM be able to see the approved workflow in their inbox to be able to complete the action? A: You will notify Shared Services that the individual is out and request BEST to create a substitution. Agency must be sure that the other employee has the same security access.
