Yes. A Port Townsend/Keystone Vessel Steering Committee has met regularly since fall 2007 and will continue to meet to inform policy level decisions and to review design options. The committee includes participation by Asst. Secretary David Moseley and other Ferries Division management. Additionally, a Captain and Staff Chief Engineer from the Port Townsend/Keystone route are invited to participate in the meetings.
