Isn Israel dangerous?
As compared to where? There are risks I will have to accept living in Israel that I did not have to deal with in the place I grew up, yes. But two things. First of all I have a better chance of being killing in a car accident in the US or Israel than in a terrorist attack in Israel. Secondly. I am not letting the terrorists win. Sounds totally cliche, I know. But the fact of the matter is there are people who do not want Jews living in the land of Israel. So much so that they will murder innocent men, women, children, the elderly, whoever. If I don’t go there because I’m afraid I could end up in the middle of such a despicable attack, they have succeeded and all those who have been murdered in those attacked have died for nothing. I am not letting that happen.
