No. One of the reasons we chose Matt Construction as a general contractor was their experience building at other schools with compact campuses, including Marlborough and St. Matthews. Abatement processes in California are highly regulated and supervised. For example, there will be a full-time emissions inspector on site during demolition to monitor air quality and to ensure that all toxic elements (asbestos, lead paint, etc.) are fully contained.
