No, MLS.ca and Realtylink.org are NOT the MLS® system. they are only website that receive data uploads on a delayed basis. For example the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver only uploads listings and changs every 2 days. The listing data on MLS.ca, Realtylink.org and most non LiveListings powered REALTOR® websites are 2 days behind the data on LiveListings powered websites. These other sites also do not provide access to full property details, have Search Watch alert (new listings and price changes), automated mortgage calculations or the other Real Estate Power Tools only available through LiveListings.
