Sorry, it does take a long time to download information. We suggest that you may wish to visit a public library or use a friend’s computer that has a cable or fiber optic connection. If you have dial up, we can not help you on this end. Now, if you don’t have dial up and you have a slow download speed, it may help to turn off all the other programs that you computer may be running at the same time. Ideally, you would want to have just the Internet on with every thing else turned off. If this does not help, you may want to clean you computer cache.
