Ive got everything plugged in but the ethernet light is off. Whats wrong?
There is a problem between the Westell modem and the ethernet card in your computer or hub. If it’s on a hub, try moving it to a different port. If it’s on a computer, try replacing the ethernet cable. This may be a hardware issue with your network card. If you’ve ruled out everything, place contact us and we’ll replace the modem.
