Once you’ve signed up for the program, Airborne will send you a starter kit, including a Service Guide. This Service Guide outlines the delivery guarantees for all zip codes nationwide. Locations are classified in one of three categories. In metropolitan areas, delivery is guaranteed for next morning before noon. In suburban areas, it is guaranteed for next day before 5pm. In rural areas or those lacking a nearby Airborne hub, delivery is guaranteed by 5pm the second day. Use the Service Guide to plan your deliveries, especially for payroll, which is obviously time-sensitive.
