Soya is available in many shapes and forms now and can be incorporated into many diets. It is commonly taken as soya milk. This can be used in drinks, on cereal, for cooking and so on. Making soya based smoothies is also popular.
There are also many soya based meat substitutes, have a look in your local food shops and see what they can provide. We eat soya burgers which come in many different flavours.
