Our shell extension programs: TouchPro, & Concat/Split are currently only available as 32-bit programs. Consequently they can’t be loaded by the x64 version of Explorer. You can run our programs from the 32-bit version of Explorer (supplied with your x64 operating system) by running the following command: c:\windows\syswow64\explorer.exe /separate Substitute your drive/windows path as appropriate for your system.
