Learning Dynamos are the primary promoters of collaboration at CI. They are members of the staff in Regional Programs and key Headquarters Divisions to constitute an internal group of experts in learning. They ensure the flow of information and skills related to institutional learning; replicate training on learning tools; assist the development of networks and global teams; facilitate linkages between expertise needed and expertise available; encourage dissemination of lessons learned; and provide new opportunities for collective reflection. The Learning Dynamos are a diverse group of people from operations; research; fundraising; or conservation project implementation. Their communication skills and interest in organizational development matter more than their background or level of authority at CI. Learning Dynamos devote 10-30% of their time to stimulate collaboration and institutional learning. This time is secured in their Deliverables.
