level Dynasties: What is a Multi-level Dynasty?
In SmartDL 4.0 we have expanded the Dynasty functionality to allow “Multi-Level” Dynasties. Multi-level Dynasties create other Dynasties. For example, you can create one Dynasty that groups by Country, then State, and finally City. When updated, the Dynasty would create groups for everyone in a particular country that would then create a group for everyone in each state within the country, and finally it would create a group for each city within each state. These dynasties can include queries, and can use data from sources outside of Active Directory to determine membership and grouping.
