Please copy the msvcr71.dll to the /lib. This DLL is installed under \jre\bin. I’ve got MagicDraw running on two PC’s but when I tried to install it on another I get a “Not connecting to license server” error message. Use the text name of the license server instead the actual IP address. I am unable to add NT service. You must have administrator rights to add an NT service.
