No. It is possible to address some of the UDDI problems by extending UDDI but that is an inefficient way of solving the problem. Moreover, there are emerging standards and classification systems that are better suited to the needs of service registries. WebSphere Service Registry and Repository will instead align with these focused standards. We will however integrate with UDDI and UDDI based registries using copy and synchronize approach.
